All returns must be new in box and unopened. All used product is sold as is. No returns or refunds on used equipment. All work preformed by Drive In Audiosound will have a life time warranty on labor. All special orders must be paid in advance of shipment. There will be no refunds on special order but in store credit will be issued as soon as product is received and is in new condition. If returns are not in new condition there may have a 20% restocking fee added.

All product warranty is done and completed by the manufacture. Call us if there is a problem and we can issue a RA (Return Authorization) from the manufacture as long as it is under manufacture warranty. If it is within the 60 days, an RA will be issued by Drive In AudioSound and product will be covered by Drive In AudioSound unless other wise stated. Some product will need to be shipped directly to the manufacture for warranty. You will be notified by email when the RA is issued.


A Few Things to Remember

Items must be like new - Drive In AudioSound can charge a restocking fee or refuse a return for any item not in like new condition. Some examples of items that may constitute a deduction or refusal of warranty would apply:

  1. Different or defaced serial number.
  2. Missing original product packaging or included parts.
  3. Items returned damaged due to improper packaging.
  4. Opened software or media.
  5. Merchandise that was returned to sender.
  6. Pre-cut wire, made to order or special order merchandise.
  7. Scratched or damage on product
  8. Dropped or mis-handled items
  9. Items that have been installed correctly.

You will be notified - Once you submit your return, go ahead and relax. We will email you within three business days after your package is delivered to our warehouse and your refund or exchange is processed.

Some expenses are non-refundable - Keep in mind that some return services are not refundable. Shipping services, and installation services are not eligible for refund or compensation.

Return shipping - Within 60 days we ask for you to cover the shipping expense back to us and we’ll gladly cover the transit cost for your replacement. However, any customer outside of 60 days and under warranty will be responsible for shipping both ways as we mirror the manufacturers’ coverage.

Credit - In case of a refund or return, we will issue store credit or a refund. Store credit is applied a Drive In Audiosound account and available for immediate use. Refunds are strictly applied back onto the original form of payment and will take three to five business days to appear available back onto your account.
